Welcome to our world
We are a young, fashion and 100% digital brand and we make jewelry to be worn everywhere, everyday!
Ah and most important, we find traditional jewelry OLD FASHION and INACCESSIBLE!
---------> With this in mind we created Kora Kora: to redefine luxury. <-------
All our pieces are made with precious metals and each piece is mindfully handcrafted in-house, giving it the long life it truly deserves. Our team goes above and beyond to find the fine materials that are worthy of your skin.
To make luxury accessible, we partnered with a well recognized factory in Brazil bringing them as one of the shareholders. This gave us a competitive advantage and the possibility to eliminate the high markups that the traditional fine jewelry industry is used to apply.
We’re proud to be a global brand, having HQ in Brazil, US and Canada and selling to more than 10 countries around the globe.
Queenie cao
Our first collection was designed by Queenie Cao, whose work has been featured in Vogue, InStyle, Harper’s Bazaar, Nylon, Paper Magazine, Wonderland, Cosmopolitan, Heroine, King Kong, Schön, etc, has dressed celebrities like Miley Cyrus, CL, Cardi B, Kesha, Janelle Monae, POPPY, Kimbra, etc.
Before Kora Kora, she has worked for Marc Jacobs, Thom Browne, Oscar De la Renta, and Jeremy Scott.
Queenie’s style is inspired by her imaginary fantasy world. She balances her design and her imagination between fake and surreal, romantic and gothic, beautiful and horrific.

helga villela
With more than 20 years' experience in the jewelry industry, our designer Helga Villela dominates all jewelry processes.
She graduated from her bachelors in Jewelry Design from Firenze, Italy, where she continued to work for 3 years as a design intern.
Back in Rio de Janeiro, she has developed collections for renowned jewelry stores and oversaw the jewelry section of one of Brazil's leading retail firms for ten years.
Observant and curious, she is inspired by the great changes in social behavior, the aesthetics of urban centers, architecture and modern art. Her creations are a combination of beauty, solace, luxury and social graces.
allana gonçalves
Allana has a Geography background, and while working on her Monograph, she learned of a course called "Goldsmith" and chose to dive deep into the subject.
She fell in love with jewelry and wanted to study more, so she enrolled in advanced courses in goldsmithing, jewelry 3D modeling, and one-year jewelry design at IED SP-Brazil, which included a module in Florence, Italy.
She completed all of these courses while pursuing her Geography degree and working as an Educational Robotics teacher. While attending her advanced course, she created her brand (Altaluc Jóias), which has served as her creative, development, and learning laboratory.
She's been a designer for a year and is in charge of quality control, manufacturing, and style at our factory, where she had the opportunity to co-create the new Kora Kora collection.
